In dragonform Marr is usually bipedal,
42 feet from snout to tail tip, 26 feet tall when standing upright.
Long dagger-like
solid silver talons in feet and forepaws. Wholly reptilian in nature.
Triangular head with a long muzzle, nostrils flared slightly, wolf-like
in appearance. A thick green mane running from the top of his head down
the length of his neck.
Eyes are a rich
hazel color; the pupils slitted like a reptile's. An emerald green
glow seeming to emanate from the pupils when the light hits them just right.
Two horns, one
on either side of the top his head, ringed like the lines within a tree,
showing where the old growth ends and the new growth begins at the base
of the horns. 4 feet long. Dark metallic green, darkening to midnight
black at the tips.
Scales cover
the body from head to tailtip, a deep black with a faint green metallic
iridescent sheen. Very dark green bellyplates running from chin to the
groin.
Wings are leathery
black with a shimmering green veining webbed across its surface. Likened
to bat wings. Wingspan is 75 feet from wingtip to wingtip.
Tail is 20 feet
long, spiked along its upper edge and the tail tip spreads out like a cobra's
hood when threatened, housing a series of retractable barbs, the tip a
razor edged pointed barb (almost diamond shaped).
Spines travel
the length of his back from the top of his head to the tip of his tail
the tips of the spade shaped spikes gleam dangerously as if dipped in an
ebony poison, metallic in appearance again the green darkening to black
at the tips.
He has the forked
tongue of a dragon but has schooled himself into speaking Common without
the sibilant S usually associated with it, though in times of stress his
control will slip enough to give him the lisp usual for having a forked
tongue.
His scent is
an oddly pleasing mix of old leather, smoke, the earth, old books, spices,
with a faint hint of being just a bit burnt all undercut with a heady dragon
musk, which becomes stronger when aroused.
